As a product design intern at Intuit, I reimagined the end-to-end experiences of direct deposit-related requests for QuickBooks users from performing heuristic audits to prototyping and user testing. I also contributed to the content design website, reviewing and editing over 40 words.
I currently lead the UX Design team at BruinShack, coordinating projects and workshops. My lastest project is developing the design guidelines, brand and vision. In the past, I conducted user interviews, wireframed and prototyped our direct messaging feature and student user dashboard.
I worked on the product design and development of a platform striving to provide real-time traffic analytics and suggestions for commutes. After gathering and analyzing data sources, I drafted and designed the MVP of the website.

I created a video on the High Road Training Partnership to amplify research findings for the UCLA Institute on Research on Employment (IRLE). View the article that includes the video here
I designed a presentation template for the Institute to align all branding and subunits moving forward.
The collage accompanies this article. It lines up with the Institute brand while illuminating the legacy that Martin Luther King has imparted to the UCLA Labor Studies students.

In order to promote BruinShack's purpose, I designed simple yet informative Instagram graphics. I made various versions to be compatible with other social media sites.
I find the best way to portray information; this is an example of how I convey UCLA IRLE's news stories.

Besides what type of users are involved and how they interact with the product, these are among several questions I keep in mind.
What brand do we wish to convey to our users? How can we be consistent in our messaging and designs?
How are we displaying the feature or content in the most accessible (yet unique) ways?
How can we utilize data to support design decisions and maintain or grow user engagement?
